Tape Art, a form of art that uses adhesive tapes to create ephemeral works, has found a space for reinvention and creativity in Valencia. The TAV Collective (Tape Art Valencia), made up of artists Jose Miguel Piquer, Alvaro Navarro, and Nadia Montero, has been a pioneer in Spain in this discipline since its formation over seven years ago. Their interventions are characterized by the use of geometric shapes and fluorescent colors, adapting to the available space to bring their creations to life. In 2012, their talent was recognized nationally by winning the "All Originals" contest by Adidas. Since then, they have carried out more than forty interventions in museums, fairs, and art exhibitions. Recently, the collective presented their new logo and website at Nolich, where they carried out an intervention with adhesive tapes from the brand MIARCO, their official sponsor. This event marked a return to their origins, as their first installations were carried out in similar coworking spaces. With their passion and dedication, TAV continues to explore the possibilities of Tape Art, establishing themselves as references in this form of artistic expression in Valencia and beyond.
